B2B Marketing 2019 Martech Award Winners

On the 21st of March, the 2019 Martech Awards organized by B2B Marketing celebrated the very best of talent, achievement and success in the B2B martech arena.

The winners were among those companies that have transformed the very landscape of B2B marketing through technology. A total of 53 organizations had made the shortlist for the inaugural Awards program.

Agency Stein IAS had been leading the nominations with 17 nomiations in 15 categories and ended up victorious in 3 including ‘Martech team of the year’ with Nuix, ‘Best use of demand generation’ with HSBC and Marc Keating, chief innovation officer of Stein IAS, won the title of ‘Martech visionary of the year.’

While Kulea.ma took home the prize for emerging vendor of year, Marketo was crowned the best marketing automation vendor.

Other companies received awards included Iron Mountain for their use of martech at live events and O2 for their martech transformation over the past 12 months. The head of digital marketing at Marshalls, Marco Maccio, was named ‘Inhouse marketing technologist of the year’. Christine Aletras, the associate marketing manager at WW Health Solutions was also highly commended in the industry.

The ceremony was hosted by the editor-in-chief at B2B Marketing, Joel Harrison and he commented that they are delighted with the standard of entrants as this is the first year for the Martech Awards. He further added, “B2B martech is expanding so quickly, it was only right we shone a light on those at the top of their game in this fast-paced and challenging industry. Congratulations to all those that have been recognized by the judges.”

  • Highly commended: Force24

Inhouse marketing technologist of the year

  • Winner: Marco Maccio, head of digital marketing, Marshalls
  • Highly commended: Christine Aletras, associate marketing manager, B2B, WW Health Solutions

Martech team of the year

  • Winner: Nuix by Stein IAS
  • Highly commended: Trelleborg by Stein IAS

Martech agency of the year

  • Winner: JTF Marketing

Martech consultancy or integrator of the year

  • Winner: CleverTouch
  • Highly commended: Stein IAS

Martech visionary of the year
