The global leader in intelligent customer engagement, Swrve, announced on February 7th 2019 that they will be integrating with Oracle Eloqua – a part of the Oracle Marketing Cloud – so as to even out the playing field for mobile marketers and to provide best-in-class mobile marketing communications which will expand Eloqua’s core functionality.
As the Silver level member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), Swrve reimagines communication between marketers and their customers across the expansive range of mobile applications. Marketing across mobile channels is now as accessible as marketing on email and web platforms.
As a marketing and customer engagement platform, Swrve helps leading brands scale communications simultaneously over millions of customers. 3.5 billion apps worldwide and across industries have Swrve’s marketing automation technology installed which includes banking, sports, games, entertainment, retail, travel and hospitality, and media.
Due to this remarkable integration, Oracle users can leverage this technology to enhance Eloqua functions and to drive app retention, engagement, and monetization. In order to help users craft quality marketing strategies, Eloqua and Swrve have been in collaboration in the past due to their position in Oracle’s PartnerNetwork.
Tara Ryan, the CMO of Swrve, remarked that the mobile marketing engagement rules have changed. According to her, marketing has begun its shift to personalized, deeply contextual and relevant experiences from just broadcast-based monolithic experiences. “Swrve, together with Oracle Eloqua, now place mobile marketing campaigns on equal footing with email and web initiatives, thanks to a partnership that provides Swrve’s unique platform to joint customers,” Tara added.
With the use of Swrve’s software, Oracle Eloqua users will have access to in-app messages, add, orchestrate, and deliver personalized push notifications, and in-app message campaigns directly from customer journeys created with the desktop solution. All these functions are also available from a mobile device.
Oracle Responsys, a platform that helps users manage customer experiences and messaging is compatible with Swrve.
Tara Ryan emphasized that unlike separate analytics tools, Swrve processes real-time behavioral data from multiple sources, builds audiences, and triggers user-behavior based messaging, ensuring that organizations are able to reach more mobile customers with appropriate messaging.
The integration is live and available to all the users of Oracle Eloqua.
Swrve is a Gartner Magic Quadrant for Mobile Marketing Platforms leader that helps leading brands confidently scale communications over millions of customers, simultaneously.
