Job Description: PPC specialist 

Hours: Monday – Friday (some hours outside of this as required)

Work hours: GMT shift (3:30:00 pm to 12:30 am). It will be a fixed shift.

Location: Pune, IT Cerebrum Park, Kalyani Nagar

Length: Permanent position, with three-month probation period

  • Develop and implement PPC strategies: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns & Shopping Campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels. 
  • Keyword research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and create targeted ad groups. 
  • Ad copy creation: Write compelling ad copy that is tailored to specific audience segments, ensuring strong click-through rates (CTR) and conversions. 
  • Campaign management: Monitor, track, and optimize campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign objectives. 
  • Bid management: Monitor and adjust bid strategies to ensure optimal ad positioning and cost efficiency. 
  • Landing page optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize landing pages for better user experience and conversion rates. 
  • A/B testing: Conduct regular A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify winning variations and improve performance. 
  • Performance analysis and reporting: Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to Manager on key metrics, such as impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in PPC advertising to continuously improve campaign performance. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency. 


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization techniques. 
  • Proficient in using PPC analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and other PPC management platforms. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience of 1 year managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, Meta. 
  • Certifications in Google Ads and other PPC platforms are a plus.
