Netcracker Expands Partnership with Telenet for Large-Scale B2B Transformation Program
Netcracker and Telenet expand partnership to consolidate B2C and B2B operations on a unified digital platform, modernizing legacy systems for Belgian telecom.
Netcracker Technology has announced an expanded engagement with Telenet, Belgium’s largest cable broadband services provider, to support a large-scale B2B transformation program.
The new phase of the partnership is part of Telenet’s broader digital transformation journey and focuses on bringing its B2C and B2B operations onto a single digital platform. Through the program, Telenet will migrate SME and large enterprise customers and products from legacy systems to Netcracker Digital BSS.
The transformation will include Netcracker’s Revenue Management, Commerce Management, Customer Management, Service Management & Orchestration, and Service Inventory Management capabilities.
By consolidating B2C and B2B systems on a common platform, Telenet aims to simplify operations, reduce platform complexity, improve customer service, and accelerate time to market for enterprise services.
The announcement comes as telecom operators continue to modernize legacy BSS/OSS environments to support faster product launches, automation, and improved customer experience. For Telenet, consolidating consumer and enterprise systems on a unified platform could help reduce operational complexity while strengthening its ability to serve SME and large enterprise customers. The move is also significant in Belgium’s increasingly competitive telecom market, where operators are under pressure to improve efficiency and accelerate service innovation.
The move is expected to give Telenet a more scalable and future-ready foundation across both consumer and enterprise business lines. It will also help the operator modernize its commercial platforms while improving agility, scalability, and customer experience.
Sami Chabbah, Vice President Commercial Platforms at Telenet, said the expanded collaboration builds on the strong foundation already established between the two companies. He highlighted Netcracker’s understanding of Telenet’s B2B architecture, products, and business environment as a key factor in supporting long-term value.
Vash Diwan, Senior Vice President, EMEA, at Netcracker, said the program reflects Netcracker’s ability to support large-scale business transformations involving platform consolidation and end-to-end digital operations enablement.
Netcracker and Telenet have worked together for several years on digital transformation initiatives. With this expanded engagement, the companies are moving into the next stage of their partnership, focused on creating a composable architecture that supports faster innovation, improved efficiency, and sustained growth.
