Dell commissioned Forrester to analyze the Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) of three Workforce Enablement Solutions: Dell’s best device experience, VMware Workspace ONE for unified endpoint management (UEM), and Microsoft Office 365 for enterprise collaboration. Through interviews with eight enterprises and a global survey of over 700 organizations, Forrester found these solutions collectively drive annual productivity gains of 18–27 days per user, improve IT efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Each solution reduces downtime, streamlines access to tools, and increases employee engagement and flexibility—resulting in faster onboarding, more effective collaboration, and reduced reliance on IT support. When applied across knowledge workers, the financial upside significantly outweighs incremental costs. The study presents a strong business case for investing in integrated workplace technologies to unlock agility, talent retention, and revenue growth.
