Hootsuite Integrates with Oracle Eloqua

The focus of social media management leaders on marketing automation technologies has led to the strategic integration of leads.

On 10th of March 2020, Hootsuite announced integration with Oracle Eloqua, part of Oracle Marketing Cloud & amongst the most comprehensive marketing technology ecosystems. The integration will facilitate the customers to sync social data with their marketing automation platform & unite their social & digital campaigns.

The integration of Hootsuite with Oracle Eloqua allows customers to view campaigns & social content together in the Oracle Eloqua calendar. Creating new social content directly in Oracle Eloqua allows marketers to be published through Hootsuite. The integration also surfaces the interactions that the customers have with the social profiles of the brands into Oracle Eloqua. The marketers can thus get a complete view of customers’ journeys.

According to Richard Hungerford, VP Business & Corporate Development at Hootsuite stated that Hootsuite is focused on integrating the marketing automation technologies to help organizations gain a cross-channel view of prospects & customers.

He also added that HootSuite and Oracle have mutual customers who can accelerate their investment in social ventures by fueling their lead scoring programs. This is possible by integrating social data from Hootsuite into Oracle Eloqua. Adding social to the lead scoring programs can help marketers amplify their investment into social media.

In recent research published by London Research & Hootsuite, 87% of companies surveyed stated that they wished to have unified customer profiles.

Integrating social data & other marketing platforms equips organizations to create richer customer profiles & unveil several actionable insights.
