The four-part AI-powered portfolio combines predictive modeling, customer intelligence and continuous market monitoring to help enterprises respond faster to competitive and buyer behavior shifts.

Oct. 19, 2026 – Market research and analytics firm Chadwick Martin Bailey (CMB) has launched its Decision Intelligence Suite, an AI-powered portfolio designed to help enterprises turn market research into faster business decisions. Announced Oct. 15, the suite combines existing research, predictive analytics and external market signals to help organizations track changing customer behavior and competitive conditions.

Key Facts

  • Launch: CMB announced its Decision Intelligence Suite on October 15, 2026.
  • Core capabilities: AI-powered market analytics, predictive simulations, customer intelligence and continuous market monitoring.
  • Four solutions: Intelligent Agents, Intelligent Simulators, Intelligent Personas and Intelligent Signals.
  • Availability: Intelligent Signals is in enterprise use; the other three solutions are listed as “Coming Soon.”
  • Enterprise adoption: CMB reports deployments with Fortune 100 clients, including a documented Intelligent Signals application involving Intel.
  • Pricing: Commercial pricing and the complete rollout timeline have not yet been confirmed.

The portfolio includes four solutions: Intelligent Agents, Intelligent Simulators, Intelligent Personas and Intelligent Signals. Together, they allow businesses to analyze research, model potential outcomes, monitor market changes and evaluate strategic options without relying exclusively on periodic research reports.

The launch reflects growing interest in continuous market intelligence as B2B marketing and go-to-market (GTM) teams seek more timely information to guide competitive positioning, customer engagement and business planning.

What Is CMB’s Decision Intelligence Suite?

The CMB Decision Intelligence Suite connects existing organizational insights with new data, predictive models and external market intelligence.

Unlike traditional research projects that deliver findings at fixed intervals, the suite provides continuously accessible decision-support capabilities.

CMB developed the portfolio around its AI+HI methodology, combining artificial intelligence with human expertise, consumer psychology and established research practices.

The company says this approach helps organizations evaluate emerging trends while retaining human oversight of important business decisions.

Four AI-Powered Solutions Support Enterprise Decisions

The suite introduces four capabilities designed for different research and strategy requirements.

Intelligent Agents enables users to ask research questions in natural language. Its analytics engine supports subgroup analysis and statistical testing, helping teams extract insights from existing data.

Intelligent Simulators combines predictive models with research findings to explore potential market scenarios. Businesses can assess strategic alternatives and examine possible responses to competitive changes.

Intelligent Personas creates interactive AI representations of customer segments using previous research and customer data. These personas can be refreshed as new information becomes available.

Intelligent Signals continuously monitors market developments across news, social media, search, AI platforms and financial information. It combines external signals with primary research to identify emerging trends and competitive activity.

Although CMB has introduced all four solutions under the Decision Intelligence Suite, its website currently lists Intelligent Agents, Intelligent Personas and Intelligent Simulators as “Coming Soon.” Intelligent Signals is already being used in enterprise applications, while the broader availability timeline has not been confirmed.

Why the Launch Matters for B2B Marketing

For B2B organizations, the suite offers potential applications in market intelligence, customer segmentation and GTM planning.

Marketing and sales teams frequently work with information scattered across research reports, customer databases and competitive intelligence platforms. Continuous analytics could help businesses connect these insights and respond more quickly when buyer preferences or market conditions change.

For account-based marketing (ABM) teams, market signals could provide additional context for targeting strategies and customer engagement.

However, CMB has not confirmed dedicated account-level intent scoring, automated lead prioritization or native CRM sales orchestration capabilities.

CMB Emphasizes AI and Human Expertise

Jim Garrity, CEO of CMB, said the portfolio is intended to combine automated analysis with informed human judgment.

“The next generation of insights will not come from AI alone or human judgment alone. It will come from bringing the two together around the decisions that matter,” Garrity said in the company’s launch announcement.

According to CMB’s launch announcement, the company is already applying elements of the Decision Intelligence Suite with Fortune 100 clients. CMB has not disclosed a complete customer list or independently verified performance results for those deployments.

CMB also identified Intel as an enterprise user of Intelligent Signals. According to a case discussion published by CMB, Intel deployed the technology to complement its existing brand tracking program. The company said Intel participated in a conference discussion about the application, although independently verified performance results have not been disclosed.

The company previously introduced Intelligent Signals on September 17, 2026, as a customizable market intelligence solution.

Pricing, complete availability details and independently verified performance improvements have not yet been confirmed.

The launch gives enterprise research teams another option for connecting market monitoring with predictive decision-making. Its practical value will depend on data reliability, integration capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
