Prachi joined Valasys on July 5, 2016, as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and, over nearly a decade, has grown into one of the company’s most trusted strategic leaders. Her appointment marks a significant milestone in Valasys’ leadership journey and reflects the organization’s belief in internal growth, discipline, and long-term stewardship.
With a strong foundation as a Company Secretary and deep experience across finance, compliance, and strategic planning, Prachi has played a key role in strengthening Valasys’ operations across India, the United States, and Dubai. Her continued learning through programs at IIM Kolkata and London Business School reflects the same discipline she brings to leadership.
